The hotel is conveniently located, close to shops and restaurants. It is also a great base for exploring the Lipary island. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, reminiscent of the 80s or early 90s. the service provided by the reception staff was unhelpful, but the cafe nearby offers a good alternative for a pleasant morning coffee or breakfast. Despite the lack of a view, the hotel offers all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.
There were issues with the check-in process and confusion regarding the payment, causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.

The location of the hotel was convenient as there was a cafe nearby and it made for an easy breakfast option before heading out to explore the city. the hotel was situated in a central part of the city, which made it easy to get around and explore the sights.
Our check-in experience left a lot to be desired. The reception was closed, and we had to wait for a considerable amount of time for someone to open up the hotel for us.

We had a lovely New Year's vacation because of the great location of the hotel. It was situated near a cafe, which was convenient for us to grab a quick breakfast. it was near the beach, so we enjoyed taking walks along the shore.
the reception wasn't very helpful, and it took quite some time for us to check-in.
